This Privacy Policy explains what information clintonpotters.org ("this site," "we," "us") collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. This site belongs to Clinton Potters Ministries.
Information We Collect
When you use the Contact, Invitation, or Review forms on this site, we collect the information you enter: typically your name, email address, and any message, organization, event details, or book review you provide. Submitted reviews are read privately before any are published on the site; your email address is never published. We only collect what you choose to submit; we do not track you across other websites.
Payment Information
When you purchase a book, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe and never pass through or get stored on this site. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to messages sent through the Contact form
- To follow up on speaking engagement requests submitted through the Invitation form
- To review and, if approved, publish reviews submitted through the Review form
- To process and fulfill book orders (via Stripe)
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:
- Stripe: payment processing for book purchases
- Netlify: website hosting and handling form submissions
- Google Fonts: loads the typefaces used on this site
- YouTube: video playback embedded on the Watch page
- Podbean: hosts the audio files for podcast episodes played on the Watch page
Cookies
This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If you proceed to checkout, Stripe's own checkout page may set cookies necessary for processing your payment securely. If you play a video on the Watch page, YouTube may set its own cookies as part of the embedded player; this site does not control that data. Videos are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which limits cookies until you interact with the player. Podcast episodes stream directly from Podbean's audio servers and do not use cookies.
Your Rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing clintonpottersministries@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there's a problem with an order (a damaged item, a missing file, or a purchase made in error), contact us within 14 days of purchase at clintonpottersministries@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Physical Books
If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Digital Downloads
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final except in cases of a technical error preventing you from receiving or accessing your purchase. Contact us and we'll resolve it.
